OK. I’ve just spent almost 5 weeks fighting with a major online book retailer about an order that I placed with them/and paid for on the 15th July 2020.

Fight. Fight. STILL fighting for refund. So I re-ordered via Prime. Next day delivery. TODAY. With their “Internet Promise” that said item would be delivered via Royal Mail today.

Well. Postie came. Delivered. Went. Sans MY delivery. The one that will launch MY new research project.

Calm down. Breathe. And be thankful for this gift from a true friend and mentor. TY :o)
