I was given a reminder of this place yesterday.

Something to do with sunburn! But we have lovely cooling rain today.

Palatine Hill is about a 5 minute walk from The Coliseum in Rome, past the Arch of Constantine and across the road. So me and girly decided to take a look.

It’s a wonderfully fascinating place. Full of ruins and frescos and underground things and wildflowers (in June) and mystery.

When in Rome…take a visit, yes? But don’t forget the suncream. LOL :o)
