What’s For Tea Today, Mum? : Nasi Goreng

My Mum was a whizz at this dish.

It was a Saturday Tea Treat throughout my childhood.

Then when I went back to the land of my birth – Singapore- and tasted their Nasi Goreng. I was stunned. But it was about 3 am and we had spent several hours in Raffles Hotel. TRUE! TRUTH!

Much spicier than Mum’s SECRET RECIPE… that only I know.

My boys call it Nazi Goering.

Too much education in children is a bad thing, methinks.

LOL :o)
