I wrote this in January 2019 : Tartary Empire Decree

“ALL SUBJECTS ARE COMMANDED TO LIVE IN PEACE WITH ONE ANOTHER, AND THE POWERFUL ARE FORBIDDEN TO OPPRESS THE POOR.”

This decree lasted from 1380 to 1600.

There are many ways to be poor.

Lack of Wealth is just the one everyone always thinks of.

Lack of Support.

Lack of Friends.

Lack of Love.

Lack of Respect.

Ironic that the “POWERFUL” get all of the above, free gratis and for nothing.

In this case I’m using the word POWER as : the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behaviour of others or the course of events.

Shame the new EXPERTS on Tartaria don’t understand this.
