There is a great Midsomer Murders episode where the Detective Sergeant Ben Jones is totally peed off with the Hoity English Nobs lying and giving the police the runaround. He calls one character (Colquhoun) COL-QWA-HOON in disgust.

It’s Ka-Hoon.
