You can spot a fraudulent use of your debit/chip&pin card in a heartbeat. OK. It was only a strange £22 that the card mysteriously spent as it spent all day in the house. BUT – it WAS noticed and reported. Imagine having 100 million billion £/$ etc ? ? ?
