There is a school of thought being taught right now that fountains ARE ancient “TARTARIAN” Free Energy devices.

They may well be. I don’t know.

But some fountains are something quite different.

I’d love to say that I have a FULL explaination of all the finer details in the image above. But I don’t. FACT!

My understanding is quite minimal and low-grade…for the time being.
